Under the power of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and under the authority of the landlord (managing agent or solicitor) we are able to recover outstanding rent arrears that your tenant owes you.

How does this work?

Section 72 allows a commercial landlord to use Schedule 12 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 to recover commercial pure rent arrears in accordance with your written lease, without the need to obtain a court order. 

We will serve legal demand notifications, in accordance with legislation and if necessary later take control of and remove goods to recover any debt outstanding.
