Landlords have the Common Law right to terminate their lease through peaceable possession without the need for a court order, when there has been a breach in the existing lease by a tenant. Under your authority we will attend, repossess the premises through peaceable possession and ensure that your property is safely re-secured.

We can arrange all third party suppliers (locksmiths, security providers, etc.) and can prepare and supply bespoke forfeiture notice, as well as offer a range of post repossession services to cover eventualities such as abandoned goods and past tenant items.
